Further, by continuing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. By purchasing a product from this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Hanson Heating reserves the right to change any or all of the information contained herein at any time and you should constantly check the current terms and conditions. Hanson Heating  reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders at their sole discretion. Any orders cancelled by Hanson Heating , but paid for, will receive a full refund.

Product Specifications:
While we do our best to make sure that product specifications are correct, we are not responsible for any typographical errors or inaccuracies set forth in this website. The information, prices and discounts set forth herein are subject to change without notice. If there are any changes after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (which is currently 15% sales tax – if the GST rate changes we reserve the right to immediately amend our prices accordingly). All prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

By placing an order on this website you agree to, and accept the terms and price specified in this website. This price may include additional delivery and other applicable charges. This offer may be accepted or rejected by Hanson Heating for any reason, including, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price or the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order.

Stock Levels:

Please note that because of multiple orders being placed at the same time by multiple people on our website, sometimes we may sell more of an item than we have in stock. If this happens we will notify you as soon as we are aware and either refund your money or send you a different product for up to the same value as the one you purchased with your approval.

Correct Order Details
Please double check your delivery address is correct before placing your order as orders lost due to incorrect address details will be at your own expense.

Fraud Protection Program
As part of our order processing procedures, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or Customer Services may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.

Cancellation Policy:
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped and we reserve the right to levy a $10 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Delivery times given on this website are indicative only. Hanson Heating will not be liable for any failure to observe these delivery times but will try and contact you by phone or email if any late deliveries are anticipated. You understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to withdraw or modify any commitment made for the purchase of products from this website once that commitment has been made for any reason, including without limitation, due to any delay in delivery.

If however, delivery has not happened after 30 days from the indicative delivery date, the buyer may, at their election, treat the failure to deliver as a terminating contractual event. In such an event Hanson Heating will refund any payment made to it in respect of that particular order.

Hanson Heating will retain ownership of the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch from Hanson Heating Dispatch Facility.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Hanson Heating and its website Hanson Heating will take every care in packing and dispatching your purchase but is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person. Hanson Heating is not responsible for any loss of items that are wrongfully signed for and accepted by a third party.

Returns Policy for Website Purchases

We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your online purchase from Hanson Heating.

If there is any defect in the product on receipt, once opened, then it may be returned to us for exchange or a refund at that time.

Products will need to be returned to Hanson Heating within 15 days of receipt by you. Please contact us first via email sales@hansonheating.co.nz so that we know to expect your return and we can advise you of a suitable method for returning the item.

Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they, and their packaging are still in a condition that they can be resold for full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges and any discounts received at the time of purchase.

Any courier costs you incur to return product to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error. When an error has been made on our part and the product you received is not as expected please notify us to discuss covering your postage costs.

If an item has not performed or lasted to its expected time period or warranty period, you can contact us at any time to discuss a resolution. Hanson Heating always aims to bring you products which offer you good value for money so if you are unhappy please let us know and remember you are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

We take security seriously and have taken steps to ensure your personal information is secure.   We use secure servers, and industry standard data encryption whenever we are receiving or transferring your information online.  How ever we accept no responsibility for any loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure, alteration or destruction of personal information which you submit to us.

Please ensure you do not knowingly transmit any material that may contain a virus or other harmful component. Only individuals who can make legally binding contracts may purchase goods and services from this site. Hanson Heating cannot guarantee that it will notice or be able to prevent any illegal or inappropriate use of this website, nor can Hanson Heating guarantee that it will give notice of any illegal or inappropriate use of this website.
